A2+ UV LED Direct to Object Printer

Suited for personalized one-off print products and small-lot production, the high-quality XpertJet 461UF tabletop inkjet printer will deliver exceptional print quality onto a wide variety of materials including three-dimensional objects up to 15 cm thick. The printer offers a print area of 483 mm x 329 mm and can be set up in either CMYK or CMYK + White + Varnish.

Mutoh UV LED Local Dimming Control Technology

The XPJ-661UF is equipped with a newly developed segmented 2” wide UV lamp. The UV lamp has 6 different sections. Each lamp section can be individually controlled, enabling the production of multiple varnish effects in the same print table movement.

Gloss, semi-gloss, and matte varnish effects can be produced in one table movement for prints combining CMYK + Varnish or White + Varnish. The result is a substantial productivity boost as well as a minimized risk for dust contamination into glossy printed areas.
