The 64” (162 cm) wide XpertJet 1641SR Pro sign & display printer will deliver everything you have come to expect from a Mutoh wide format printer – a robustly built and reliable printer, delivering you high-quality output – the first time, every time.

The successor to the XpertJet 1641SR model, the XPJ-1641SR-P has our new AccuFine extra wide piezo print head on board, delivering best-in-class drop placement accuracy and i-screen, our new weaving algorithm which suppresses banding even further. The VerteLith RIP integrates Mutoh’s proprietary Clear Tone Screening, delivering the best gradients and skin tones, free of any noise.

The Mutoh MS41 sign & display inks have obtained GREENGUARD Gold certification at the highest level meaning output can be used at full room coverage, even in sensitive environments such as schools and hospitals.

High User Assistance for Uninterrupted Production

The XPJ-1641SR Pro delivers the highest level of user assistance thanks to the integrated sensor which enables multiple automated adjustments (bi-dir alignment, media feed adjustment, tracking of remainder media on a roll). These automated features will deliver increased efficiency and avoid waste. Users can also disable nozzle areas on the head in case of blocked nozzles to continue production. With the optional automatic nozzle check unit, the printer will automatically detect missing nozzles and take appropriate action to continue production, without user intervention.
